Sometimes I feel like I’m in Woody Allen’s Sleeper. It seems like every week some new study shows that something widely held to be unhealthy does have some actual health benefits, or something formerly thought to be “healthy” isn’t all that after all.
LiveScience has posted a list of the Top 10 Bad Things That Are Good For You. Our beloved beverage of choice comes in at number ten. Not surprising; we’ve been telling you about some of the health benefits of beer (in moderation) for months.
Some were surprising. Anger? LSD? I was happy to see my next favorite beverage: coffee. Unfortunately, caffeine does terrible things to my state of mind, so I’ll have to stick to decaf.
