Joyce wrote to us a few days ago, asking if we knew what beer had the “lowest level of hopping”.

Apparently, she’s on something of a restricted diet and hops do “wacky” things to her body. However, she tells us, she loves beer too much to give it up.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t much help. I am an avowed “hop head”. Certainly, I could tell her which beers to avoid.

So I am calling on you, dear readers and beer bloggers. What are the most lightly-hopped beers you know of? The ability of a beer lover to continue to enjoy this wonderful beverage is at stake.
