My wife took the Wine and Spirits class at Cornell, she enjoyed it (obviously, whats not to enjoy abobut a class based on drinking?) but she said it's a lot harder course than it sounds.

You see, Cornell is one of the top Ag schools in the country and they have had many famious almuni go on to careers with winerys. They understand beer and wine very well and the professors there make those classes tough.
