		<description>This recipe can be made with the chicken sitting on beer cans on top of a broiler pan in an oven for an hour on 350 degrees. Just balance the chicken, and it works just great even in the winter. I make 2 beer butt chickens once a week, and with three dudes, it goes quickly.</description>
