22 ounces A WEEK? If that’s considered a “moderate” amount, I’d hate to know what my 22 ounces a DAY (average) is considered.
I hear ya.
Another study from last year defined moderate drinking as 2-4 drinks per day for men, 1-2 for women.
Now, that’s more like it.
