		<description>Good for you.  If you enjoy a good run and a beer you should consider the Saranac sponsored Boilermaker in Utica.  It ends right at the brewery and all the runners drink for free all afternoon.  It&#039;s been rated one of the best 15ks in the country.  I ran it a few times when I was in Utica (and 15lbs lighter I might add), it&#039;s a blast.

They get like 10-15,000 runners every year.  It&#039;s a big to do, but it&#039;s like the first weekend in July and hot as the dickens.

Good luck on the MCM, that&#039;s core...no way around it, you got a big ole brass pair.</description>
