		<description>Good for you.  If you enjoy a good run and a beer you should consider the Saranac sponsored Boilermaker in Utica.  It ends right at the brewery and all the runners drink for free all afternoon.  It's been rated one of the best 15ks in the country.  I ran it a few times when I was in Utica (and 15lbs lighter I might add), it's a blast.

They get like 10-15,000 runners every year.  It's a big to do, but it's like the first weekend in July and hot as the dickens.

Good luck on the MCM, that's core...no way around it, you got a big ole brass pair.</description>
