Garret Oliver has never done a barrel aged beer
There isn’t even a hint of bourbon in Black ops
He needs some barrel aging training
Tell him to call Firestone walker to see how it’s really done
He may be too arrogant to beleive he can actually learns something.

If you remeber on our visit to Captain Lawrence Brewing Company they had a stack of oak barrels there they were just starting to work with. Check out the site and under seasonal beers to see what they offer. http://www.captainlawrencebrewing.com/beer_list.html
note they did quite a mixed batch from wine, to rum, to burbon, etc
