Medium brown with plenty of head. Nice malty aroma. A bit of nuttiness in the flavor. Browns generally aren’t my favorite style, but this is pretty good; I’d have it again.

Al, try some Bad Penny Brown Ale out of Raleigh, NC . This is the finest brown ale I have ever tried, beating out the brown ales from both Brooklyn Brewery and Bell’s, both excellent breweries!
