Beer-a-Day #108
This is the third Smoky Mountain Brewery beer brought to me by my good friend Ellen. The label proclaims it a “Classic Bohemian Pilsner”.
Straw-colored; a finger’s worth of white head. A little sulfur in the aroma, but malty. A bit of bite in the taste, but refreshing.
I have been going to the smokey mountain brewery for many years now and love thunder road. and one of my great things in life is to get a clone of this beer. I have went in and taken pics of there stock and I know I should be ashamed but life is to short and I like to have it so I can maken it at home. Thanks to any one who can help.
