I am reminded of ginger ale, both by the color and the amount of carbonation. Head dissipates quickly. In the aroma I get a lot of fruit: apples and grapes, mostly, and some woodiness. Taste has a bit of bubblegum and graininess, with a sharp bite from the carbonation. Interesting.
