Yellowish-orange with a prodigious white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is light, with a little pineapple and “wheatiness”. Flavor is a little…well, not bland exactly. “Understated” seems like a good word.

Having tried Erdinger recently, I couldn’t agree more. Seemed to me like pretty much a poor imitation of the bigger and better German hefeweiss beers (Weihenstephaner, Paulaner, Schneider Weisse etc).
