I was at my favorite retailer recently and I was able to score seven craft beers in cans. I declare a “Can Week”! (But, sadly, this is the end.)
Today: Brew Free or Die IPA from 21st Amendment Brewery, a famous brewpub in San Francisco that only recently started canning some of their beer. [...]

Beer-a-Day #311
I was at my favorite retailer recently and I was able to score seven craft beers in cans. So, I’m declaring this “Can Week”.
First up: Dale’s Pale Ale from Oskar Blues.
Dale’s Pale Ale is our flagship beer and America’s first hand-canned craft beer. It’s an assertive but deftly balanced beer (somewhere between an [...]

Beer-a-Day #294
Our new canned good is a delicious, small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czechoslovakia famous. Mama’s is made with hearty amounts of pale malt, German specialty malts, and traditional (Saaz) and 21st century Bavarian hops. It’s the perfect antidote for the watered-down, cornfed versions of pilsner clogging America’s shelves. Our first canned [...]

Old Chub is quite a beer. Although I love the hops most of the time, Old Chub does fulfill that occasional malt craving better than many other beers.
Delicious!
