Also, I've done some verticals where beers were good at one age, bad at an older one, and better again at an even older one. I’m positive that I have many beers past their prime. Sometime it is interesting to discuss the changes, good or bad. Also, I’ve done some verticals where beers were good at one age, bad at an older one, and better again at an even older one. Some however, just end up like that rose candle.
